Shipping: Orders are shipped from our facility within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days for delivery after shipping and UPS takes 3-5 days. However, delivery can sometimes take as long as 7-10 days. I understand that A WHITER SMILE cannot be responsible for the package after it has been delivered to my shipping address. I agree that the United States Postal Service Delivery Confirmation service indicating the delivery date, time, and zipcode shall serve as proof of delivery. Returns: All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of the products available on this web site, we cannot process returns, refunds or exchanges for any reason.
